Usually try to get me in with a doctor as soon as they can, although I do not go often. Doctor Ergene helpful and listens to me. I have no complaints.

Yes, helpful receptionists. So far have got appointments reasonably quickly. Self check in is useful if reception is busy. Good to have the pharmacy on site. Water fountain might be useful as it is very warm in the waiting area.

I love this surgery. They got everything right. I have got excellent GP. I get outstanding service all the time from the reception. I get notifications on my phone via sms when my appointment is. I have no idea how to improve it.
